A simple build connects 1 to 2 tools and takes 10 business days. An example of the kind of thing we build: a new lead comes in through your form, the tool sets up the next step in your customer list (your CRM) and drafts the follow-up, and a person on your team approves it before it goes out. Every custom AI build comes with a written scope, documentation, a test script your team can run, and a 30-day warranty after delivery. You own the custom code and the accounts and logins it uses. The audit is a paid analysis, and any build after it is scoped and priced on its own. ## How we build one 1. **Write down the task.** What starts it, which tools it touches, who approves it, and what happens when something odd comes in. 2. **Agree the price and what done looks like.** In writing, before any work starts. 3. **Build it and test it on realistic cases.** Including the odd ones. 4. **Hand it over.** You get the code and the guide, and we test it with your team. If the task changes every day, or a simpler change would fix it, a custom build may not be worth it. ## Who does the building Our client builds use a crew of AI helpers. They write up the request and build and test it, and our co-founder Sullivan Case (Sully) reviews the result before it reaches the client. Our agents draft our replies too, and Sully reads them.
