# Website and service terms

These terms cover use of this website. Any paid engagement is also governed by the written scope, payment terms, and responsibilities agreed with the client.

## Website content

The site provides general information about Agnostify (operated by Case Media Company LLC) and its services. It is not a guarantee that a particular workflow, integration, result, or timeline is available for every business. The figures on the Vertiqal Studios page were measured by Vertiqal together with Sully Case. The industry figures on our work page come from the outside sources named next to them, not from our clients, and the sample deliverables there use a made-up business and made-up numbers. All other figures on the site were measured by Agnostify’s founders, Sully Case and Alec Eckmann, from real engagements and our own operations. They are observed outcomes, not promises.

## Service engagements

Work begins only after scope, fees, client responsibilities, and any required access are confirmed in writing. Public website content does not replace those project-specific terms.

## Third-party services

Booking and payment use Cal.com and Stripe. Client workflows may also depend on third-party software and platforms. Those services have their own terms, availability, and technical limitations.

## Text message program

Agnostify’s text program sends recurring marketing messages about offers and lab notes to numbers submitted with the separate marketing consent box ticked. The one time verification code requested when you choose Text me the code is a separate transactional message and is not part of this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. **Reply STOP to end messages, HELP for help.** Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is for US numbers.

On the website and AI search audit at agnostify.com/audit, this program is offered as Agnostify Updates: a separate, unchecked box under the optional mobile number, for recurring marketing texts with Agnostify offers and news, up to 4 a month plus 1 enrollment confirmation. Ticking it is not a condition of any purchase or of getting the Free Preview.

## Audit report texts

Agnostify audit report texts are a separate program from the marketing texts above. When the box is offered and you tick it while requesting a website and AI search audit at agnostify.com/audit, Agnostify (Case Media Company LLC) sends 1 confirmation text and then 1 text when each report you request is ready, with a link to that report: at most 2 report-ready texts per audit. Texting is optional and not a condition of any purchase or of getting the Free Preview.
