From the answers
The "best" AI note-taker for Zoom and Google Meet sales calls depends heavily on your team size, whether you need heavy CRM syncing, and if you mind having an AI "bot" in your virtual waiting room. YouTube · JustCall +1 The top-performing tools for sales calls on Zoom and Google Meet break down by use case: Fathom — Best for Individuals & Lean Teams (Best Value / Free Option) Why it’s great: Offers genuinely unlimited transcription and call recording on its free tier, with highly accurate, structured action items and summaries that don't read like fluff. Upgrading to paid tiers unlocks full CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce). The catch: Team-wide CRM syncing requires a paid plan. arrows.to +3 Fireflies.ai — Best for Searchable Meeting History & Analytics Why it’s great: Excellent cross-meeting search capabilities, allowing you to track keywords like competitor names, specific objections, or pricing pushback across all prospect calls. It has robust CRM integrations and customized topic trackers. The catch: Free plans are heavily restricted, requiring paid tiers ($10+/user) for advanced team insights. YouTube · TheVibeFounder +2 Avoma — Best for Full-Cycle Revenue & Sales Coaching Why it’s great: Built specifically for revenue and sales teams. It goes beyond simple notes to handle conversation intelligence—tracking talk-to-listen ratios, scoring calls against methodologies like MEDDIC or BANT, and automating CRM forecasting. The catch: It is a denser, more complex platform, which might be overkill if you just want clean notes. Avoma +1 Krisp AI — Best Bot-Free Experience & Audio Polish Why it’s great: Operates locally on your device without forcing an awkward recording "bot" into your Zoom or Google Meet room. It simultaneously removes background noise and accents while generating clean notes, preserving a clean, distraction-free environment for the prospect. The catch: Generative note features require manual or lightweight generation compared to heavy enterprise trackers

When choosing the best AI note-taker for sales calls on Zoom and Google Meet, the "best" option depends on whether you need deep sales intelligence and coaching or a lightweight, bot-free summary tool. The top-ranked tools for sales workflows are categorized below by their primary strengths: Gong — Best for Enterprise Revenue & Conversation Intelligence. It doesn't just take notes; it tracks deal risks, competitor mentions, talk-to-listen ratios, and buying signals. It’s built for larger revenue teams that need full pipeline forecasting based on actual call data. AmplifAI +1 Chorus by ZoomInfo — Best for Teams tied to the ZoomInfo Ecosystem. It automatically records and transcribes Zoom and Google Meet calls, feeding insights straight into your existing contact data and CRM. It excels at coaching scorecards and snippet sharing for sales reps. Avoma — Best for Mid-Market Blending Notes and Coaching. It bridges the gap between simple meeting transcription and advanced sales coaching workflows. It automatically updates your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and creates structured notes without requiring enterprise-level bloat. Zoom AI Companion / My Notes — Best Bot-Free Native Option (for Zoom users). If you primarily use Zoom, native tools capture transcripts and action items natively without dropping an awkward external "recording bot" into client meetings. Zoom Fireflies.ai — Best Lightweight & Budget-Friendly Note-Taker. Excellent for fast, searchable transcriptions and automated summaries across both Zoom and Google Meet if you don’t need intensive manager-coaching playbooks. If you want to narrow this down, tell me: Are you looking for a tool for individual reps, or a full sales team / management setup? Do you need deep CRM integration (like Salesforce or HubSpot), or just clean shareable follow-up notes?

About this question
What's the best AI note-taker for sales calls on Zoom and Google Meet?
Over the last four weeks, AI answers to this question named Fathom (51 of 54 answers), Fireflies (50 of 54 answers) and Avoma (44 of 54 answers) most often. That is how often a name shows up, not a ranking of quality.
How is this measured?
The question is asked as written each week in logged-out US sessions. A brand's figure is the share of this question's valid answers that name it, over a rolling four weeks. To see how AI answers treat your own brand, run the free AI visibility scan at agnostify.com/audit.
How we measure
Each question is asked as written, from a logged-out United States session on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.
How is a score calculated?
On a category board, the score is the share of every valid run across that category's questions that names the brand, over a rolling four weeks, with a 95% Wilson interval. Rows are ordered by the low end of that interval, so a brand named on one question cannot outrank one named across the category. A brand named in fewer than 10 runs, or on only one question, sits below the line as low confidence. On a question page the share is of that question's runs. Where a name sits in the answer is not a rank.
Which brands count where?
Names are matched to a reviewed brand list, and a brand counts only on questions in its own category. Names that are ordinary words, such as Streak, Loops and Instantly, count only when the answer clearly means the product. A CRM named as an integration in a meeting-notes answer is not a point on the meeting-notes board. A brand named in the question itself, as in “alternatives to Profound”, is not scored on that question, so those runs count neither for nor against it. A name that is not on the list stays off the board until a person adds it.
Will this match a signed-in chat?
A logged-out session has no memory and no personalization, so a signed-in person can see a different answer.
Cited pages are the sources that engine marked as citations, not every link in the raw response.
