These terms cover use of this website. Any paid engagement is also governed by the written scope, payment terms, and responsibilities agreed with the client.

Website content

The site provides general information about Agnostify (operated by Case Media Company LLC) and its services. It is not a guarantee that a particular workflow, integration, result, or timeline is available for every business. Figures shown on the site are founder-measured results from real engagements and our own operations; they are observed outcomes, not promises.

Service engagements

Work begins only after scope, fees, client responsibilities, and any required access are confirmed in writing. Public website content does not replace those project-specific terms.

Third-party services

Booking and payment use Cal.com and Stripe. Client workflows may also depend on third-party software and platforms. Those services have their own terms, availability, and technical limitations.

Text message program

Agnostify's text program sends recurring marketing messages about offers and lab notes to numbers submitted with the separate marketing consent box ticked. The one time verification code sent when you add a number is a separate transactional message and is not part of this program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to end messages, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is for US numbers.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
