A human-approved daily video tool, built and run at Vertiqal Studios.

Agnostify co-founder Sullivan Case leads content operations at Vertiqal Studios, where he built a tool that has the day’s TikTok clips sourced, prepared and waiting for a person to approve before the editors arrive. It has worked that way on Vertiqal’s gaming accounts since June 2026.

The workflow

The problem the team needed to solve.

Posting a video at Vertiqal used to mean finding the clip, cutting it, writing the post and walking it through review, by hand, every day. The tool now carries that from the first search to the moment a person signs off, across Vertiqal Studios’ gaming accounts.

What the tool did

The work in the tool and its stated outcome.

It watches the sources, picks out what is worth posting, prepares each one and puts the result in front of a person to approve. Approved posts go straight to Sprout, every step is written down, and what worked yesterday shapes what it picks tomorrow. Two more tools sit beside it: an engagement app that runs weekly community work for one of Vertiqal’s customers, and a carousel tool for their brand accounts.

Vertiqal’s editors start the day reviewing work instead of going looking for it: nine ready-to-review clips every morning, and carousel production for their brand accounts down to a twenty to thirty minute review.

In their words

Nobody at Vertiqal asked Sully to automate anything. He joined us to help with content, looked at how much of our day was going to cutting clips, building carousels, and chasing what was trending, and decided on his own that there was a better way. Then he went out of his way to build it, on top of everything else he was already doing for us.
