Service details
A helper built around your tools, your voice, and your rules. It gets the work ready for your team to check, and a person on your team approves anything before it goes to your customers.
What the service covers
Custom software configured around an agreed workflow
Connections to the named tools in your scope
Drafts and prepared actions for human review
Accounts, API keys and hosting in your name
Example workflow
Connected toolsApproved sources only.
Prepared workA report, draft or response.
Human reviewNothing sends itself.
What that can look like
+
Prepare work through approved tools.
The helper can put together a recurring report, assemble content, or draft a reply, using only the tools we connected. It never sends anything to your customers on its own.
An assistant can prepare a recurring report, assemble content or draft a response using the information available through its approved connections. The workflow determines what it can access, what it produces and where a person must approve. It does not independently send customer communications.
Is this the right fit?
+
Where it helps, and when to start elsewhere.
When it fits
A team with drafting or prep work that repeats, clear information to work from, and someone who can check the results and handle the odd cases.
When to start elsewhere
If you want a tool that talks to your customers with nobody checking it, this is not that. We also need to know who approves the work, and what information the tool may use, before we build.
How we work together
+
Define, connect, test, support.
Four steps: name the work the helper should prepare and who checks it, agree the tools, the voice, and the approval rules, set it up and test it, then hand it over and run the agreed support.
Identify the work the assistant should prepare and the human reviewer.
Agree tools, access scope, voice and approval rules.
Configure and test representative cases and exceptions.
Hand over the system and run the agreed support arrangement.
Five answers: what it costs, whether it can message customers by itself (no), who owns it (you do), third-party costs (billed through your own accounts), and what the paid audit is (a report, not the finished helper).
What does an AI assistant cost?
Ops setup is $4,500 plus $1,200 per month for one workflow and up to two tools. Connected setup is $8,500 plus $1,800 per month for up to four named tools.
Can the assistant send messages to customers by itself?
No. The published service requires a human to approve what reaches customers.
Do I own the software and accounts?
Yes. Custom code, accounts and credentials are yours. API keys and hosting run in your name.
Are third-party platform costs included?
Third-party usage and hosting are billed through your accounts according to the agreed scope. They should be reviewed separately from Agnostify’s setup and support fees.
Is the initial audit the finished assistant?
No. A paid audit is analysis and recommendations. Building and supporting the assistant is a separately scoped implementation.
Start with the right scope.
The first call is free. A paid audit or teardown gets you a written report on what we found and what to do next; building the fix or running it for you is a separate job. We agree the next step before you pay for it.
