From the answers
Managing 10 clients as a small agency is a sweet spot: you've outgrown basic creator tools, but enterprise behemoths like Sprout Social or Hootsuite will eat up your margins with steep per-seat or per-channel pricing. Cloud Campaign +1 For 10 clients, you need a tool that features rigid client separation, seamless external client approval workflows, and predictable pricing (ideally avoiding "per-seat" traps if you work with freelancers). Reddit · r/Superframeworks +1 The top options tailored for a small agency managing roughly 10 clients include: Planable — Best for Client Approvals. If your biggest bottleneck is getting clients to review, comment on, and approve content without a messy email chain, Planable is unmatched. It features a visual, social-media-like feed view for clients, a clean calendar, and allows unlimited external collaborators. You pay per workspace/client tier rather than per user seat, making it frictionless for team collaboration. Reddit · r/AskMarketing +2 SocialPilot — Best Value for Money for Agencies. SocialPilot is purpose-built for small-to-medium agencies. Their agency-tier plans easily accommodate multiple distinct client accounts, offer white-label reporting, and include team-member roles without the punishing enterprise price tag of legacy suites. It’s reliable, straightforward, and scales well as you add your 11th through 20th clients. Cloud Campaign Metricool — Best for Analytics & Content Planning. Metricool has become a favorite in the agency space because it combines a clean multi-brand calendar with powerhouse analytics and competitor tracking. It handles scheduling across all major platforms smoothly, and their multi-brand plans let you toggle between your 10 clients effortlessly from a single dashboard. For a small agency managing 10 clients, the ideal tool shouldn't just schedule posts—it needs to handle client approval workflows, multi-brand workspace separation, and scalable pricing without charging you per team member or per client seat. Cloud Campaign At 10 clients, you are outgrowing basic solopreneur tools, but enterprise tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite will unnecessarily bloat your monthly overhead. Reddit · r/Superframeworks The top options tailored specifically for an agency at this exact stage include: HeyOrca: Built specifically for marketing agencies. It stands out because it offers unlimited user seats and very clean, client-friendly visual approval calendars where your 10 clients can leave feedback or approve posts without needing a login. It removes the chaotic email threads of PDF calendars. Metricool: The best value and performance-driven pick. It features a clean multi-brand dashboard, robust scheduling (including first-comment and Reels/Stories planning), and arguably the deepest analytics and white-label reporting for the price point. It’s lean, fast, and tells you the exact best times to post for each distinct brand. Cloud Campaign +1 Cloud Campaign: Purpose-built for agencies managing 5 to 25 clients. Their pricing scales based on your client count rather than penalizing you for adding team members or client reviewers. It has solid white-labeling features so your clients see your agency branding on approval links and reports. Cloud Campaign Zoho Social: Highly affordable if you are already operating inside or comfortable with the Zoho ecosystem. Their agency plans handle multiple brands cleanly with straightforward multi-channel publishing and reasonable pricing tiers. For a small agency managing 10 clients, the "best" tool depends entirely on your workflow—specifically, how you handle client approvals and how the platform structures its pricing (per user vs. per brand/workspace). Juggling 10 distinct brand voices means you need separate workspaces, clean separation of content, and a painless way for clients to sign off on posts without messy email threads. bestsocialmediascheduler.com +1 The top-tier social media scheduling and management tools tailored for a small agency with a 10-client roster include: Planable (Best for Client Approvals): If your biggest bottleneck is getting clients to review and approve content, Planable is a top contender. It features a visual, feed-like preview where clients can see the post exactly as it will appear natively and leave comments or approve in real time. It charges per workspace, making it exceptionally collaborative. Reddit · r/Superframeworks +1 SocialPilot (Best Value for Agencies): Built specifically with agencies in mind, SocialPilot handles multi-account management, client approvals, team member roles, and white-labeled branded analytics reports at a very competitive entry price point. It is far more cost-effective for a 10-client lineup than enterprise legacy tools. bestsocialmediascheduler.com Metricool (Best for Analytics & Reporting): Highly favored by digital marketing agencies for its robust scheduling and clean, comprehensive analytics dashboards. It excels at tracking competitor metrics and generating downloadable PDF/PPT performance reports that you can hand directly to your 10 clients. HeyOrca (Best Dedicated Client Calendars): HeyOrca gives each of your 10 clients their own dedicated content calendar with built-in approval workflows. A major perk for agencies is that they offer unlimited users on paid tiers, meaning you can bring in freelancers or clients without paying extra per seat. About this question
What's the best social media scheduling tool for a small agency managing 10 clients?
Over the last four weeks, AI answers to this question named Metricool (47 of 59 answers), Sendible (29 of 59 answers) and Hootsuite (26 of 59 answers) most often. That is how often a name shows up, not a ranking of quality.
How is this measured?
The question is asked as written each week in logged-out US sessions. A brand's figure is the share of this question's valid answers that name it, over a rolling four weeks. To see how AI answers treat your own brand, run the free AI visibility scan at agnostify.com/audit.
How we measure
Each question is asked as written, from a logged-out United States session on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.
How is a score calculated?
On a category board, the score is the share of every valid run across that category's questions that names the brand, over a rolling four weeks, with a 95% Wilson interval. Rows are ordered by the low end of that interval, so a brand named on one question cannot outrank one named across the category. A brand named in fewer than 10 runs, or on only one question, sits below the line as low confidence. On a question page the share is of that question's runs. Where a name sits in the answer is not a rank.
Which brands count where?
Names are matched to a reviewed brand list, and a brand counts only on questions in its own category. Names that are ordinary words, such as Streak, Loops and Instantly, count only when the answer clearly means the product. A CRM named as an integration in a meeting-notes answer is not a point on the meeting-notes board. A brand named in the question itself, as in “alternatives to Profound”, is not scored on that question, so those runs count neither for nor against it. A name that is not on the list stays off the board until a person adds it.
Will this match a signed-in chat?
A logged-out session has no memory and no personalization, so a signed-in person can see a different answer.
Cited pages are the sources that engine marked as citations, not every link in the raw response.
