From the answers
The "best" tool depends entirely on your budget, whether you are a solo creator or an agency, and how you handle audio (since trending audio integration can be tricky with third-party apps). The top-rated choices for scheduling TikToks and Instagram Reels in one place include: Metricool — Best overall for value and features. It allows you to auto-publish Reels and TikToks, analyze your best times to post, and features direct integration to add trending audio and Canva inside the planner. It also has a robust free tier with very affordable paid upgrades. Storrito Vista Social — Best for advanced audio and auto-publishing. It stands out as one of the first fully approved platforms to support direct scheduling of Reels and TikToks using trending audio tracks, making sure nothing posts completely silent or unoptimized. Buffer — Best for simplicity and ease of use. If you want a clean interface without a massive learning curve or overwhelming enterprise features, Buffer lets you queue up and cross-post short-form video content smoothly. Hootsuite — Best for teams and heavy analytics. It is an enterprise-grade powerhouse that handles multi-account scheduling, in-depth performance tracking, and social listening, though it comes with a much steeper price tag. Planoly — Best for visual planners. Originally famous for Instagram grids, it lets you visually map your content calendar and auto-post videos, plus it has great features for repurposing TikToks to Reels. Storrito To help narrow down the ideal choice, let me know: Are you managing a single brand/account or multiple client profiles? Do your videos rely heavily on trending audio tracks from the in-app libraries?

When looking for the best tool to schedule TikToks and Instagram Reels side-by-side, a few top-tier tools stand out depending on whether you value data-driven scheduling, visual grid planning, or a clean, minimalist workflow. Metricool (Best Overall for Data & Analytics) Why it shines: It features a smart calendar with an audience activity "heatmap" that auto-calculates the absolute best time to post for your specific followers on both TikTok and Instagram. You can upload the video once, tailor your captions/covers for each platform, and queue them up. Price: Generous free tier; paid plans start around $25/mo. YouTube · Modern Millie +3 Later (Best for Visual-First Creators) Why it shines: Originally built for Instagram, Later is incredible if your aesthetic and grid layout matter to your brand. It provides a visual content calendar where you can drag and drop Reels and TikToks alongside regular photo posts to see how your feed looks. Price: Has a limited free tier; paid plans start around $25/mo. Storyflow +1 Buffer (Best for Simplicity & Clean Workflow) Why it shines: If you hate bloated dashboards and just want a fast, straightforward queue to drop short-form videos into, Buffer is unmatched. Its multi-channel composer lets you tweak the same video for TikTok and Instagram Reels in seconds. Price: Free tier available; paid channels start at $5/mo per channel. Buffer +1 To help narrow down the exact right fit for you, tell me: Are you looking for a free plan or a paid tool with advanced features? Do you also need deep analytics and competitor tracking, or just a simple publishing calendar?

The "best" tool depends slightly on whether you prioritize price, deep analytics, or a visual content calendar, but a few heavy hitters stand out for managing TikToks and Instagram Reels together in one dashboard: Metricool: Widely considered the best all-rounder for value, ease of use, and robust analytics. It lets you auto-publish both Reels and TikToks, track best-time-to-post data, and manage community comments from a single clean dashboard at a much lower price point than enterprise software. Reddit · r/digital_marketing +1 Buffer: The top choice if you want maximum simplicity and a clean, clutter-free interface. Buffer makes queueing up vertical videos quick and painless without bogging you down with overly complex menus or enterprise pricing. Buffer Hootsuite: Best for power users, larger teams, or agencies. It offers robust scheduling flexibility, built-in AI caption generators, and heavy-duty social listening features, though it comes with a much steeper price tag. Reddit · r/digital_marketing +2 Pallyy: A fantastic visual-first planner that is affordable and intuitive. It’s a favorite for creators who want to see a clean grid/calendar layout while auto-publishing Reels and TikTok drafts side-by-side. (Note: When scheduling short-form videos across platforms, keep in mind that native trending audio features can sometimes behave differently depending on API updates, so talking-head or original-audio content tends to have the smoothest auto-publishing experience.) To help narrow down the ideal choice, tell me: Are you managing this as a solo creator or for a team/agency? Do you need advanced analytics or just a simple content calendar?

About this question
What's the best tool to schedule TikToks and Instagram Reels in one place?
Over the last four weeks, AI answers to this question named Buffer (59 of 60 answers), Metricool (56 of 60 answers) and Later (48 of 60 answers) most often. That is how often a name shows up, not a ranking of quality.
How is this measured?
The question is asked as written each week in logged-out US sessions. A brand's figure is the share of this question's valid answers that name it, over a rolling four weeks. To see how AI answers treat your own brand, run the free AI visibility scan at agnostify.com/audit.
How we measure
Each question is asked as written, from a logged-out United States session on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.
How is a score calculated?
On a category board, the score is the share of every valid run across that category's questions that names the brand, over a rolling four weeks, with a 95% Wilson interval. Rows are ordered by the low end of that interval, so a brand named on one question cannot outrank one named across the category. A brand named in fewer than 10 runs, or on only one question, sits below the line as low confidence. On a question page the share is of that question's runs. Where a name sits in the answer is not a rank.
Which brands count where?
Names are matched to a reviewed brand list, and a brand counts only on questions in its own category. Names that are ordinary words, such as Streak, Loops and Instantly, count only when the answer clearly means the product. A CRM named as an integration in a meeting-notes answer is not a point on the meeting-notes board. A brand named in the question itself, as in “alternatives to Profound”, is not scored on that question, so those runs count neither for nor against it. A name that is not on the list stays off the board until a person adds it.
Will this match a signed-in chat?
A logged-out session has no memory and no personalization, so a signed-in person can see a different answer.
Cited pages are the sources that engine marked as citations, not every link in the raw response.
