From the answers
When choosing the best CRM for LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups, the right pick depends on whether you want a LinkedIn-first CRM (built natively for social selling) or a traditional CRM augmented with a browser extension. Sparkle.io The top options on the market are categorized below by how they handle outreach and pipelines: 1. LinkedIn-First CRMs (Best for Social Selling) Breakcold Best for: Relationship-driven and B2B high-ticket sales. Why it shines: It lets you aggregate a "prospecting feed" showing only the LinkedIn posts of the people in your pipeline. You can like, comment, and engage with their content directly inside the CRM without opening endless browser tabs, unifying LinkedIn DMs and cold email into a single timeline. YouTube · Business Solution folk CRM Best for: Ultra-fast contact management and relationship tracking. Why it shines: Known for its clean, Notion-like interface. It features a great Chrome extension to pull profiles straight from LinkedIn into customized sales pipelines with minimal friction. LeadDelta Best for: Organizing and owning your existing LinkedIn network. Why it shines: It acts primarily as an inbox and relationship manager for your LinkedIn connections, allowing you to tag, filter, and message your network way better than LinkedIn’s native interface allows. 2. Browser Extension Connectors (Best if you use HubSpot/Pipedrive) Surfe ( formerly Leadjet ) Best for: Bridging LinkedIn directly to mainstream CRMs like HubSpot or Pipedrive. Why it shines: If you already live in a heavy-hitting traditional CRM, Surfe adds a two-way sync right inside your LinkedIn/Sales Navigator window. You can push profiles, find verified emails, and log conversation history with one click. Sparkle.io 3. Dedicated Outreach Sequencers (Best for Heavy Automation) SalesRobot / We-Connect Best for: Multi-step automated sequences (connection requests, profile visits, follow-up DMs, and emails). Why it shines: If your goal is scale rather than manual relatio

When it comes to managing LinkedIn outreach, connection requests, and follow-up sequences, the market is generally split into two categories: standalone LinkedIn automation platforms with built-in mini-CRMs (designed specifically for social selling) and traditional enterprise CRMs (like HubSpot or Salesforce) integrated with specialized outreach tools. leadconnect.io +1 The top options depend heavily on your team size and workflow volume: HeyReach – Best for Teams & Agencies Managing Multiple Accounts: A rising powerhouse built specifically for multi-sender outreach. Instead of charging per seat in a clunky way, it features a unified "Unibox" (all LinkedIn inboxes in one dashboard), a global master view, and robust integrations with heavy-duty data tools like Clay and HubSpot. HeyReach Expandi – Best for Advanced, Conditional Sequences: Widely regarded for its deep, highly customizable campaign logic. It operates safely via cloud-based dedicated IP routing and allows you to build branching pathways (e.g., changing the follow-up path depending on whether a prospect viewed your profile, accepted a connection, or left a message on read). Dripify – Best for Solopreneurs & Simplicity: Offers an intuitive, sleek UI with a drag-and-drop sequence builder that makes setting up multi-step touchpoints (LinkedIn visits, messages, and email enrichment) fast and painless. It’s great if you want a clean dashboard without a steep learning curve. Dux-Soup +1 HubSpot + Middleware – Best for Enterprise Data Integrity: If your company already runs on a core CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce, trying to force LinkedIn outreach natively inside it can be messy. The gold standard here is using a dedicated cloud sequencer to handle the LinkedIn actions, then piping clean data and conversation logs back into your primary CRM via Zapier or native webhooks. www.coffee.ai +1 To help narrow down the ideal pick, tell me: Are you managing outreach for just your own profile or a team of SDRs/clients? It uses a powerful Chrome extension to let you pull lead data straight from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator into clean, Notion-style lists with multi-channel follow-ups. Sparkle.io +1 2. It pushes contact info, conversation history, and notes into your master CRM with one click. traxy.ai HubSpot Sales Hub: The enterprise standard. About this question
What's the best CRM for managing LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups?
Over the last four weeks, AI answers to this question named HubSpot (58 of 60 answers), Pipedrive (48 of 60 answers) and Salesforce (36 of 60 answers) most often. That is how often a name shows up, not a ranking of quality.
How is this measured?
The question is asked as written each week in logged-out US sessions. A brand's figure is the share of this question's valid answers that name it, over a rolling four weeks. To see how AI answers treat your own brand, run the free AI visibility scan at agnostify.com/audit.
How we measure
Each question is asked as written, from a logged-out United States session on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.
How is a score calculated?
On a category board, the score is the share of every valid run across that category's questions that names the brand, over a rolling four weeks, with a 95% Wilson interval. Rows are ordered by the low end of that interval, so a brand named on one question cannot outrank one named across the category. A brand named in fewer than 10 runs, or on only one question, sits below the line as low confidence. On a question page the share is of that question's runs. Where a name sits in the answer is not a rank.
Which brands count where?
Names are matched to a reviewed brand list, and a brand counts only on questions in its own category. Names that are ordinary words, such as Streak, Loops and Instantly, count only when the answer clearly means the product. A CRM named as an integration in a meeting-notes answer is not a point on the meeting-notes board. A brand named in the question itself, as in “alternatives to Profound”, is not scored on that question, so those runs count neither for nor against it. A name that is not on the list stays off the board until a person adds it.
Will this match a signed-in chat?
A logged-out session has no memory and no personalization, so a signed-in person can see a different answer.
Cited pages are the sources that engine marked as citations, not every link in the raw response.
